The Sickening War On Sarah Palin & Her Family Hits A New Low - CNNs Carol Costello Should Be Fired

Let me set this up...

One of the most telling quotes about former Alaska Governor (and 2008 Vice Presidential nominee) Sarah Palin, was made the other day by communist, 9/11 troofer and cop-killer supporter Van Jones.
"Sarah Palin .. people forget. She had the Democratic party shaking in our boots in 2008. She came out, she gave that speech at the convention. That was, hands down, one of the best convention speeches - not by a woman, by anybody in 2008. People were running for the hills. ... Now it can be told! Now it can be told! We were scared!"
And let's be honest, for that, Sarah Palin had to be destroyed.  Not just her, but her family. It started with the kooky Andrew Sullivan, Alan Colmes, the human chipmunk Katie Couric, the entire Democrat Party, various bloggers up in Alaska who came up with half-witted stories and extended to washed up liberal comedian David Letterman, Bill Maher, and Martin Bashir.

It wasn't just Democrats and liberals, it was also members of the McLame campaign (Steve Schmidt and the Hillary-fan Nicolle Wallace), as well as people like Karl Rove and others in the Republican Party establishment loyal to Mittens Romney, who weeks before the 2008 election made it known their plan was to destroy their VP nominee.
Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers, some of whom are currently working for Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin's bid for the White House, have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election. "Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012," says one former Romney aide, now working for McCain-Palin. "The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney. He's in charge on November 5th."

The GOP-RINO establishment did the same after 2010.

The "gentlemen" in the GOP (and I use that term loosely) did nothing to stand up for her when she was attacked by the media and the attention grabbing Mark Kelly, after the 2011 Tuscson shooting.

All this designed to make Sarah Palin look less attractive to America as a potential Presidential candidate, as well as to conservatives/Republicans who were enthusiastic about her.

Which brings us to the latest in this vast, bipartisan conspiracy to destroy Sarah Palin. Various rumors, spread by these anti-Palin bloggers in Alaska who have been known to spin half-truths, involved a "drunken brawl" up in Anchorage. The Left-leaning media ate up the accounts, even before the accounts of what happened were verified.

And when they did, earlier this week, the Obama lapdogs at CNN (Carol Costello) were giddy about it.

Bristol Palin wrote on her blog to compare these two videos of CNN's Carol Costello.

Earlier in the week, Bristol Palin had also written the following:
This is what I don’t understand.  I have mostly stayed out of the public eye for the past few years. I clock in and out of work – yes I actually have a job – like most middle class Americans and chip away at making my son’s life just a little bit easier.  So why does the media still choose to put the Palins into an entirely different category of people?  This “story” is still running over a month and a half later. Rumors still run wild, unsubstantiated claims are printed as true, and random people who weren’t even there are considered “eye witnesses.”
In the meantime, did you even hear about Vice President Joe Biden’s adult son who kicked out of the Navy for cocaine?  (That’s the real Vice President’s kid…)  So pause for a moment and consider the hysteria over our stupid “incident”, compared to our actual Vice President’s son not even being able to hold on to a position in the Navy Reserve.
I’m sure you heard the happy news that Chelsea Clinton had a baby. But did you know her father-in-law and Clinton family pal Edward Mezvinsky is a convicted felon because of committing bank, wire, and mail fraud?
Of course, you didn’t.  Because the friends and family of the revered liberal elite are treated like delicate China.  Don’t handle too roughly.  They are precious.  They are off limits. Don’t push on them too hard.
In the meantime, I was pushed and held down by some guy…  and the media salivates like a dog that’s just been given a bone.
Here’s the thing.  Violence against women is never okay…  Even if that violence occurs against conservative women.  Imagine for a second the outrage that would happen if Chelsea Clinton had gotten pushed by some guy.  Had she tried to defend herself, the liberal media would’ve held her up as some feminist hero.
But it wasn’t Chelsea.
It wasn’t Hillary.
It wasn’t someone they liked or someone they agreed with.
It was a conservative.
And once again, the hypocrisy of the media is laid bare.
Sarah Palin wrote on Facebook:
This example makes me physically sick because they spit in the face of every American who has fought for freedom and sacrificed to protect everyone's First Amendment rights. It's not because this issue involves my daughter; it's because Carol Costella, her ilk, and her boss are disgustingly dismissive and disrespectful of the sacrifices made that allow them a platform from which to broadcast their hate and stupidity. CNN is lucky to have their few outstanding employees that shine through the darkness that is CNN. I admire the good ones, and hope they land at more deserving companies when CNN goes under. Zucker, not for my sake, but for the sake of a cornerstone of our democracy—the press—get ahold of your underlings. They make you look really, really bad, and they are ruining America.
Costello has apologized via an e-mail, but not on the air. Since it has been more than 24 hours, I think an apology at this time is insincere and not acceptable.

I could care less about what Carol Costello's personal opinions are, but as a supposed "journalist," she is supposed to check her personal opinions at the door. But, as we know, she works at liberal CNN.

Even more hypocritical is how Costello has gone after people for making light of domestic abuse, as she did with an ESPN host Stephen A. Smith.
This was really painful for me, because I've never spoken about this incident. I've never spoken about it. I just told my mother a few years ago because of so many reasons, but back in college, I had a very jealous boyfriend and in a rage one day, he threw me against the wall and he knocked me out, and things got worse from there and I choose not to go into them, but when I heard the NFL's punishment for Ray Rice and when I heard Stephen A. Smith say that "sometimes a woman can provoke a man into battering her" I just ....I was so angry. I was so angry that I poured all of my anger into this op-ed for and I must say it made me feel a little tiny bit better. Stephen A. Smith's apology, not so much. I mean, it's great that he went on the air, Michaela, I think he apologized, but come on, he should have been suspended for what he said
And to Fox News hosts...
Kilmeade — along with Fox News host Steve Doocy and Anna Kooiman — had made light of video on Monday that showed NFL player Race Rice punching his then-girlfriend in an elevator, and knocking her out. Kilmeade said that the message was to “take the stairs.” And Doocy reminded abusers to stay out of elevators, where “there’s a camera.”
“The heart of the matter is, what about the women?” Costello asked on Tuesday. “All the mothers and daughters and sisters who are abused by someone who [says he] loves them. And why, all too often, we’re quick to point the finger of blame their way.
Or her CNN commentary.
My dad told me real men don't hit women.
He believed that because men were physically stronger and mentally tougher, men had the obligation to shield women from harm.
I didn't buy the mentally tougher part, but I did embrace the idea that men were born with a kind of wonderful genetic code that made it impossible for them to pummel any woman, least of all a woman they cherished.
And look who laughs as a young woman is physically and verbally assaulted, just because her last name is's none other that phony feminist Carol Costello who self-righteously goes after people who make light of domestic abuse.

It happened to Martin Bashir, and now it should happen to the cowardly liberal Carol Costello. Either CNN is a legitimate news organization or it is a Democrat Party propaganda outlet. You can't have it both ways Carol, either you are against domestic violence or you're not.

Carol Costello, if she had any courage, would apologize and resign. But she doesn't, so she should be fired.

Your dad is right Carol, real men don't hit women. But supposed "feminists" shouldn't laugh at the abuse of other women.

In closing, I, for one, have had it with this deranged, psychotic hatred toward not only Sarah Palin, but her entire family, that liberals and RINOs feel they have to engage and take the Politics of Personal Destruction at its lowest point. It tells me that both the Left and the GOP establishment know they cannot intellectually defeat Palin, so they use made up quotes "I can see Russia from my porch" or engage in tabloid-like smears or attacks based on falsehoods.

But what the Left and RINO Palin-haters are really doing is signaling their contempt for anyone who is not of the elite.  Which is why we need a lot more Sarah Palins in this country, if you ask me.
