Obama Attends 2 Fundraisers Night Of Ft Hood Shooting But Cancelled Fundraiser Due To Sandy Hook

How much does Richard Milhous Obama respect our troops?  Not very much.

He uses the military as a lab for his liberal social experimentation, cuts their benefits, and ties their hands behind their backs with his Rules of Engagement.

And he fundraises the night there's another shooting at Ft. Hood (ABC News).
President Barack Obama vowed that investigators will get to the bottom of a shooting incident Wednesday at Fort Hood, Texas, seeking to reassure the nation whose sense of security once again has been shaken by mass violence.

In a hastily arranged statement, Obama said he and his team were following the situation closely but that details about what happened at the sprawling Army post were still fluid. He said the shooting brought back painful memories of the 2009, when 13 were killed at the same post in the deadliest attack on a domestic military installation in history.

...Obama spoke at the Chicago Cut Steakhouse, where he is attending a private roundtable discussion for the Democratic National Committee. Twenty-five supporters will attend that event, each paying up to $32,400.

Around 7 p.m., President Obama will attend a dinner reception at a private residence in Lincoln Park. Fifty-five supporters paid up to $10,000 to attend this private reception.

President Obama will only be in Chicago for a few hours before heading back to the White House. In anticipation of President Obama's visit, some closures on Lake Shore Drive are in place and LaSalle Street north of the Chicago River is also closed in the River North neighborhood. The president is expected to leave Chicago around 8:30 p.m.
Compare that to what happened after the horrific Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting (Washington ComPost).
President Obama has canceled a planned visit to Portland, Me. in the wake of the school shooting in Newtown, Conn. on Friday morning that left 27 people dead, 20 of them children.
The president was planning to champion his "fiscal cliff" plan in a speech at the University of Southern Maine next Wednesday, part of an effort to involve supporters around the country in the budget fight.
So why couldn't he have shown the same respect to the families at Ft. Hood and our military members?

Remember in November 2009 how it took Obama almost two minutes, after a few "shout outs," before he addressed the jihadist attacks there that his regime refuses to label as terrorism, just "workplace violence?"

Oh well, they're just good for a photo op.

Military policies allowed, and probably liked by Obama, are directly responsible for the inability of soldiers to defend themselves on military bases. That's a political problem he's surely not going to expose more by canceling political functions.

So, in reality, he doesn't care about either the children, or the soldiers. He only cares about Obama and "sociopath" is the best description of the monster that occupies the White House.
