Move America Forward Troopathon Happens Next Week...Radio Drive Tomorrow on KSFO 560AM

Next Thursday, July 12, will be the annual Move America Forward Troopathon V, a fundraising drive in which Americans can donate money to send a care package to our troops who are fighting in the War on Terror.

The telethon will start at 4 PM EDT and can be found at The theme this year is Never Forget Our Troops and is dedicated to the memory of Andrew Breitbart.

There are currently over 130,000 troops still serving in Afghanistan, mostly US troops and some from other nations of the 50-member NATO coalition.

Our troops are serving in some of the most dangerous places to be in the world, where the Taliban and their Al Qaeda allies continue to try and destabilize a nation to bring back a safe haven for radical Islamist extremists can train, plot, and launch attacks against the nations of the Western world, primarily the United States.

Our mission is to send care packages to support those brave troops! For as little as $25 you can send support to a Soldier, Marine, Airman, Sailor, or Guardsman serving overseas. Each package contains lots of goodies and helpful items that our troops appreciate, such as coffee, cookies, beef jerky, deodorant, wet wipes and more!

Some of the patricipants in previous years have included Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, Liz Cheney, Dennis Miller, Victoria Jackson, former UN Ambassador John Bolton, Robert Davi, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, and Kelsey Grammer.

Tomorrow on KSFO 560 AM in San Francisco, my good friend Melanie Morgan, who was the co-founder of Move America Forward, will hold a Troopathon Radio Drive from 12 to 1 p.m. Pacific Time. You can listen online at

As has happened for the last couple of years, this blog is joining other blogs, media and allowing you to contribute before the start of Thursday's program. Click on the banner below and you can give a donation towards a care package for our troops to show your appreciation for protecting our way of life.

I will move this banner to the sidebar as well.
