"...not why we should vote against one of the other Republicans."
That's what "The Great One" Mark Levin said last night on his radio show.
Reason? Well, Willard "Myth" Romney has turned his mud slinging machine from Newt Gingirch against Rick Santorum, who has even spent the last few days piling on Newt.
At Legal Insurrection yesterday, it was noted that the Romney camp was holding a couple of conference calls attacking the former Pennsylvania Senator, using former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty.
Yes, the same Tim Pawlenty who had his debt paid off by Romney and (gasp) Bain Capital employees. Oh, but we're not supposed to talk about that, because that's attacking capitalism? Everyone has his price I guess, and so does Tim Pawlenty.
Look, Santorum isn't my first choice in the primary, and I think his piling on Newt was tacky. What Romney is doing, however, is pure baloney. Once more, Myth Romney is operating out of the Obama playbook, trying to eliminate all his opponents without ever having to explain why anyone should vote for him.
And this is who the GOP establishment, RINOs like Pete Wilson, and Ann Coulter are behind? This is the most "conservative" and "electable" candidate?
Judging from the way Romney's negative ads have depressed voter turn out, he doesn't give voters much of a reason to vote for him.
