Members Of Navy SEAL Team Six Killed In Afghanistan Heliocopter Attack

Just awful! Prayers to the families of those lost (Fox News).
A military helicopter was shot down in eastern Afghanistan, killing 31 U.S. special operation troops, most of them from the elite Navy SEALs unit that killed Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, along with seven Afghan commandos. It was the deadliest single incident for American forces in the decade-long war.

A senior U.S. Military officials tell Fox News, "We don't believe that any of the special operators who were killed were involved in the Bin Laden operation."

The Taliban claimed they downed the helicopter with rocket fire while it was taking part in a raid on a house where insurgents were gathered in the province of Wardak late Friday. It said wreckage of the craft was strewn at the scene. A senior U.S. administration official in Washington said the craft was apparently shot down by insurgents. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the crash is still being investigated.

Of course, the team who took out Osama bin Laden should have never been known. But try to explain that to an Administration whose top two members never served in the military, and only saw killing bin Laden as a way to get re-elected next year.

You can thank Vice President Joe Bite-Me (Biden), proud member of the "cracked head club" for opening up his pie hole and telling the world who killed bin Laden (Lonely Conservative).

Way to go, Bite Me! Whether or not those killed took part in the bin Laden mission, you put a target on their backs back in May, dumbass!

You don't really believe we killed osama bin laden, do you?

The man was on dialysis YEARS ago. He's been dead a long time. Thats' why no pictures, the bizarre sea "burial" and the fastest DNA test in the history of the world.

It was a sham, to bost zero's cred. It didn't work.

And if you think this atrocity today was an "accident" or the taliban just happened to be in the neighborhood with rockets, well I suggest you put on your critical thinking cap.
