OUTRAGE! Obama Eyeing DC For Gitmo Trial Of Bali Bomber For The Sake of Repudiating Bush Anti-Terror Policies

It's not just New York who will become a stage for mass-murdering jihadists, now Washington DC is headed to become Stage Two for Islamofascists to spew their propaganda, thanks to the Obama Administration (Associated with Obama Press).

The Obama administration is considering a criminal trial in Washington for the Guantanamo Bay detainee suspected of planning the bombing of a Bali nightclub that killed 202 people, a plan that would bring one of the world's most notorious terrorism suspects just steps from the U.S. Capitol, The Associated Press has learned.

Riduan Isamuddin, better known as Hambali, was allegedly Osama bin Laden's point man in Indonesia and, until his capture in August 2003, was believed to be the main link between al-Qaida and Jemaah Islamiyah, the terror group blamed for the 2002 bombing on the island of Bali.

Other terrorism trials also may occur in Washington and New York City under a proposal being discussed within the Obama administration, according to U.S. officials briefed on the plan, who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss private planning meetings.

If you remember, the logic used by the United States (In)Justice Department, under terrorist friendly AG Eric Holder, was that we should try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed near the scene of one of his "crimes" (it was an act of war). If that is the failed logic, then where is Bali on the map of the United States?

But wait, A(O)P spells out this Administration's reasoning behind this outrageous decision. They are going to put the lives of people in New York, the DC area and federal guards, employees at risk all for the sake of their bitter, personal partisan hate towards the last Administration.

Conducting a trial in the nation's capital would be a symbolic repudiation of the policies of former President George W. Bush, who portrayed Hambali as a success story in the Bush administration's program of interrogating terror suspects in secret CIA prisons overseas.

Bush said such interrogations, which included the simulated drowning technique of waterboarding, helped crack alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and led authorities to Hambali. Under intense questioning at a CIA "black site," Hambali revealed a plan for another wave of suicide hijackings in the U.S., Bush said.

Obama already has decided that Mohammed will face trial in New York and has said he believes criminal courts can handle even the most dangerous terrorists. If Hambali's trial were held in Washington's federal courthouse, the country's most significant terrorism trials in generations will be conducted in the two cities targeted in the Sept. 11. 2001, attacks.

Isn't that a coincidence? The two cities targeted on 9/11 will now become stages for these Islamofascist warriors who are given the rights of American citizens by this treasonous Administration. I'm almost cynical enough to think that maybe Obama wants to give these terrorists an opportunity to finish what they started on 9/11.

While this administration treats these terrorists like someone who committed a petty theft, three Navy Seals who are facing court martial for allegedly giving the mastermind of the murder/public burning of four Americans will have their trial moved to....Iraq (CNN).

Two of three Navy SEALs accused in the alleged assault of an Iraqi suspected of orchestrating the 2004 killing and mutilation of four U.S. contractors in Falluja will have their cases heard in Iraq, a judge ruled Monday.

Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Keefe, 25, is charged with dereliction of duty and
impeding an official investigation surrounding the Iraqi's detention last September.

Petty Officer 1st Class Julio Huertas, 28, faces similar charges. The Iraqi suspect, Ahmed Hashim Abed, complained to investigators he was punched during his detention.

The case against the Navy SEALs has sparked outrage that the sailors are being tried at all for handling a suspect in the contractors' murders, one of the most notorious incidents in the Iraq war.

The killings got widespread news coverage when the burned bodies of two of the contractors were paraded through the streets of Falluja and hanged from a bridge as their captors cheered.

So these terrorists are treated like royalty by this treasonous Administration, being given H1N1 vaccines before our citizens when there was a shortage, treated like they committed a petty theft instead of an act of war. Meanwhile, three Navy SEAL who should have been given medals and a promotion are being treated by Obama like they're the terrorists.

Where is the outrage? Where are our representatives who are sworn to protect us "from all enemies, foreign and domestic?" Just like the attempt to shove socialized medicine down our throats, this Administration has such contempt for the opinion of the American people against that and the show trial in New York of KSM that they go full speed ahead anyway with more. outrageous acts.

They obviously haven't heard the 9/11 Families and concerned citizens who rallied in New York last month. Well, maybe Eric Holder and Obama didn't hear us. Perhaps the 9/11 Families, as well as concerned citizens from DC, New York and all around the country should come here to have a rally in front of the White House and march down to the InJustice Department and Capitol Hill, to let Representatives from both sides of the aisle know in person that Americans are equally opposed to this 9/10/01 mentality towards terrorism, demand answers and some action from them.

And if they won't live up to the Constitutional oath, then we let them know we will go to the polls and fire them.
