Obama's West Point Speech Going On Now, I Heard Enough Of His Lies

I was driving home in the car listening to Mark Levin carry "That One's" speech on how he's going to surrender in Afghanistan, while using the troops at West Point as a prop and what I heard disgusted me.

Levin nailed it. The speech tonight wasn't about Afghanistan or victory there. It's all about Obama. Here was a guy who claimed he was going to heal the partisan divide, and he couldn't wait five minutes to start the bashing of the last Administration.

Besides his self-aggrandisement, the worst was the lies he told, that there were no plans to increase troop levels until 2010. If I were Gen. McChrystal, I'd be tempted to tell "That One" who appointed me "GFY" and "I resign." McChrystal asked for more troops back in August and now it's freaking December and Obama gives him less than what he asked for?

While the number of casualties has increased dramatically under his watch, what has Obama done since August? Played golf, headlined fundraisers and met with his bundler Jodie Evans, co-founder of the veteran abusing, terrorist supporting group Code Pinko.

Socialized Health-Care, Crap and Tax legislation, phony hate-crimes laws...all more important to Obama and his liberal Democrap Party than keeping this nation secure and supporting the men and women who do that job.

For all the Bush-bashing over the former President mangling certain words, you'll never hear these same libs mention that Obama cannot correctly pronounce Taliban. It's TAL-I-BAN, not TALL-E-BON.

Despite his campaign rhetoric last year, and his partisan bashing of the last Administration, Obama proved tonight he does not have any intention of winning the War on Terror, because he's more concerned with satisfying his campaign funders at Code Pinko and the 30-day patriots called liberal Democrats, who were all for the War on Terror when it was politically expedient for them.

Make no mistake, the terrorists and the Tallebon are listening tonight, and they can sense that Obama and the Democrats aren't serious either.

****

Bookworm Room sees the same thing as well, noting that:

...Obama is not in this for victory against a determined and violent enemy that has already attacked America and Europe and that continues to threaten to West's security. Instead, he's adding troops as a predicate to an orderly retreat. He doesn't want to win. He wants to escape. Obama has also done something incredibly stupid by announcing his date of departure. If I were the Taliban, I'd simply retreat into caves for a couple of years, wait for Americans to withdraw, and then return to the field. Obama should announce that U.S. and allied forces will depart when the war against the Taliban has achieved certain milestones, not when a specific date hits on the calendar.]

Bottom line: Obama’s doing the right thing (thank God), but for the wrong reasons.
