Attempted Air Jihadist On Watch List Flew Anyway, Allegedly W/O Passport, While Obama Lives It Up & Golfs In Hawaii

Attempted terror attack? Time for the Ditherer-in-Chief to hit the links!

Authorities, according to Fox News, had Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab on a watchlist since November.

Despite mounting evidence of a sophisticated international plot to bring down a U.S. airliner on Christmas Day, the man charged in the thwarted attack — who was on U.S. officials' radar for years — was never considered a sufficient threat to keep from flying.

The alleged Christmas Day terrorist had been in one of the U.S. government's largest terror databases since November, when his father brought him to the attention of embassy officials in Nigeria.

But Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab came to the attention of intelligence officials months before that, according to a U.S. government official involved in the
investigation. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

The government also issued new restrictions on movement of passengers on airliners. Why? Are we preventing hero passengers like Jasper Schuringa to stop future jihadists?

Debbie Schlussel is reporting an allegation that a "sharp dressed man" convinced authorities at the airport to let him on the NWA/Delta flight without a passport.

Despite this attempted terrorist attack over the United States on an airliner and another security failure on his hands, "That One" still found time to hit the golf course, while staying in an $8 million dollar estate while vacationing in Hawaii.

John Leonard at the American Thinker writes more about possible terrorist test runs on airlines.

Let's see. How can we blame this on Bush? OK-it's been less than a year that Obama took over, so the security in the Homeland is the responsiblity of Bush. No? How about Janet Napolitano saying that“everything went according to clockwork”. WHAT? Two attacks on the Homeland since OBAMA-that should say a lot.
