The Wall fell in large part because of the moral clarity and leadership of one man, Ronald Reagan. Gorbachev, who seemed to get all the credit yesterday, didn't just decide to tear it down for his own entertainment or out of the goodness of his heart. He was driven to do it because Reagan was willing to take on the USSR and defeat it, not just "co-exist" with it.
