9/11 Families Hold Press Conference Protesting Civilian Trial for KSM In New York, Rally Scheduled December 5th

9/11 Family members held a press conference protesting the decision by Eric Holder to treat the mastermind of 9/11 and other terrorists who unleashed an act of war that day as common criminals.

McCarthy, former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and prosecutor in the trial of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing; Tim Brown, founder TheBravest.com; and FDNY firefighter Pete Regan, a Marine veteran of two tours of Iraq and the son of 9/11 FDNY firefighter Donald Regan, of Rescue 3.
