The Zogby Poll, which is liberal leaning, has Obama at a 42 percent approval rating, according to NewsMax. The decline in approval has been among Democrats, dropping 13 points from a poll done in July.
Rasmussen's Daily Presidential tracking numbers have his approval index still in double-digit negative territory.
While his job approval is now down to 46 percent, with 53 percent disapproval.
It is interesting to note also, that Rasmussen has most accurately called the last two Presidential elections.
