Now It'd Have Been OK With Liberals Only If It Was Bush.....

Michelle Malkin writes the following today about "Crushing Dissent In The Age of Obama:"
You can’t use crazed, frenzied chimps in cartoons to criticize the crazed, frenzied passage of the stimulus. (Yes, there are now protests being staged against the NYPost.)

You can’t say “Thug Thizzle” or “That One” or “Tricked Out” or wear white or put Franklin Raines in a campaign ad

And, now, you can’t make statements about abortion on your bumper that criticize His High Holiness without risking arrest:

"An Oklahoma City police officer wrongly pulled over a man last week and confiscated an anti-President Barack Obama sign the man had on his vehicle.

The officer misinterpreted the sign as threatening, said Capt. Steve McCool, of the Oklahoma City Police Department, and took the sign, which read “Abort Obama, not the unborn.”Chip Harrison said he was driving to work when a police car followed him for several miles and then signaled for him to pull over.

”I pulled over, knowing I hadn’t done anything wrong,” Harrison said in a recent phone interview.

When the officer asked Harrison if he knew why he had been pulled over, Harrison said he did not.

”They said, ‘It’s because of the sign in your window,’” Harrison said."
OK, mabye I wouldn't recommend an "Abort Obama" bumpersticker, but I find the hypocrisy over that sign, like the referenced New York Post cartoon stunning. In regards to that cartoon, why doesn't anyone realize that Obama did not write the "Stimulus" bill, it was Congress. Plus, as StopTheACLU notes, there is an old parable about "a million monkeys on a million typewriters."

Try telling that to the phony Rev. Al Sharpton, who was silent when Condoleezza Rice was slurred in cartoons as a big-lipped mammy, as well as a "house nigga."

Just as the outrage over the cartoon is phony, tell me which liberal was ever arrested with these bumper stickers.

I remember a car parked in Northgate Shopping Center in Terra Linda with this bumper sticker.

Here's some liberals at Democrat Underground talking about their anti-Bush bumpersticker and how they'd like to see him stoned (and I don't think they mean get him "high").

Were any of these people questioned and investigated by the police and Secret Service for stating President Bush should be aborted?

And the liberals who are so full of peace and love made t-shirts with that saying.

Gateway Pundit has more "Abort Bush" signs which probably didn't get anyone a date with the Secret Service.

But haven't we always had at least two sets of rules. So what's the problem?

Yup, double standards have always existed, and have always been in favor of the left. Liberals get a pass no matter how disgusting their comments and rants are.
They think they own hate and dissent and are not liking that conservatives are getting fed up and not going to take it anymore. We will prove that we are better at it than them!
