President-elect Barack Hussein Obama has named the liberal Democrat Governor of Virginia Tim Kaine the new head of the Democrat National Committee, replacing Howard "the Duck" Dean (YEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHH!)
This while Kaine has one more year to serve as Governor of Virginia, a job he is not doing well in.
For starters, Kaine wanted to raise gas taxes last summer, even when prices at the pump were over $4. Like most liberal Democrats (and RINOs) he has a tolerant attitude towards those who've broken our immigration laws. Today, Kaine also made news by advocating a 45 day "no excuse" absentee voting. This concept, according to some, leaves the door open for voter fraud, as well as voters going to the polls and possibly chaning their minds after casting their early vote.
There's only one explanation. Kaine is a career politician looking to climb the political ladder caught between two masters. As the Bible says, you cannot serve two masters. You'll love one and hate the other.
It appears Tim Kaine's master is the Democrat Party and making that party a majority party in Virginia, instead of the well being of Virginians.
And we, the Citizens of the Commonwealth, will not be served well by a part-time governor who puts party before State.
