State of Virgina Pays $500,000 For Buses To Expensive Obama Inaugural

While the State of Virginia is predicting a $3 billion budget deficit, the state's part-time Governor (and new DNC chair) Tim Kaine spent $500,000 of Virginia taxpayer money to transport Virginians to the inauguration of the anointed Messiah, Barack the Obama.

Daily Press.com, via BVBL has more.
RICHMOND, Va. - Gov. Tim Kaine says his close relationship with President Barack Obama had nothing to do with the state's $500,000 expenditure to bus Virginians to the inauguration.

In his monthly radio show Thursday on WRVA and the Virginia News Network, Kaine said the state would have done the same for any president-elect expecting a huge inauguration crowd. Kaine also said the transportation help for Virginians was appropriate because some routes into Washington were closed for security reasons.

About 75,000 people rode buses at state expense. Kaine said Virginia is seeking reimbursement from the federal government.

Kaine's excuse that "well, we would have done this for any inauguration" is a lame and pathetic one. Show us when this was done previously, Tim.

I find it funny that these liberals can lecture businesses about buying airplanes, bonuses, yet they are addicted to taxpayer money and will spend it on partisan political boondoggles like Tim Kaines' DNC Bus Trip to the Inauguration.

If this had been a Republican governor doing this for George W. Bush's swearing-in, these same liberals would be calling for a crucifixion.

Instead of the federal government paying the state back, Tim, why don't you use DNC money to reimburse the state?

Democrats = Double Standards
They are despicable.
Busing for the One's inauguration is just one of the many abuses of tax dollars, that would have been scrutinized and blasted by that party, if done for Dubya.
Is there no end to their hypocrisy?
