That's when the fireworks began, when the ANSWER, Hamas, Hezbollah, CAIR crowd couldn't stand the sight of the few of us who stood on the side of Israel and against Islamofascist terror. The crowd (who a couple of times yelled "Death to Israel") crossed over to our side of the street.
To shout, yell and intimidate. Note the Kaffeyah draped lady with the Justice for Palestine sign below...
...began screaming at me and then struck my hand and camera right before the photo below was taken.
Mass produced posters funded by the Hamas front group CAIR (Council of American Islamic Relations).
I left the rally at around 3:15 and saw them march by the White House on my way back in the rain to the Metro station. As I walked with Freeper Trooprally, I was introduced to WMAL talk show host Chris Plante, and we had a nice conversation with him. Chris Hill from Gathering of Eagles also came by, as he was in town today. And the fourth time was the charm as Jonn Lilyea of This Ain't Hell and I met after three near misses last year (his coverage of today is right here). He predicted we'd meet at the beginning of the year and it happened in the same month. Speaking of Jonn, here's video he took which shows how heated it became when the Hamas supporters came over to our side.
Supporters of Israel are planning to rally in front of the Hay Adams Hotel, across the street from the White House tomorrow morning. President-elect Obama is staying at the hotel before taking office on January 20th.
