Feds Investigating San Francisco's Sanctuary City Status After City Protected Illegal Alien Crack Dealers From Deportation

According to SFGate, the City of San Francisco is under investigation by the Feds for circumventing federal immigration laws, as the city allegedly protected eight youths from Honduras caught selling crack cocaine from deportation.

Rather than have the drug offenders deported, they have recommended that Juvenile Court judges and commissioners approve city-paid flights home to Honduras for the offenders with the aim of reuniting them with their families.

The practice, federal authorities say, does nothing to prevent offenders from coming back, while federal deportation legally bars them from ever returning. Federal officials also say U.S. law prohibits helping an illegal immigrant to cross the border, even if it is to return home.

Federal officials recently detained a San Francisco juvenile probation officer at the Houston airport, where he was accompanying two Honduran juvenile drug offenders about to board a flight to Tegucigalpa.

They questioned him for several hours before letting him go, and seized the youths and deported them.

Joseph Russoniello, the U.S. attorney in charge of the San Francisco area, said he was "flabbergasted that the taxpayers' money was being spent for the purpose of ferrying detainees home. You have to have a perfect storm of dumb moves to have it happen."

Flabbergasted is an understatement, especially since Mayor "Greasy" Gavin Newsom recently announced layoffs of at least 400 city employees to fight a $338 million budget deficit. Citizens of San Francisco need to ask not just where their tax money is going, but why isn't the city protecting them? Why is city money being used to transport illegal alien drug dealers back to their home country? How much of that money could have been used to keep some city employees on the payroll instead?

This deserves a thorough investigation by the feds and should be a cause to cut off funding to cities like San Francisco that provide sanctuary for illegal aliens. Not just that, these local politicians who aid and abet illegal alien criminals by sanctioning these sanctuary policies should be indicted for obstruction of justice.

Orlando Fl. City Vehicles Tagged With Anti-Obama Messages, Cards With Pro-Hillary Words Left At Scene

Sixty cars belonging to the City of Orlando, Florida were tagged with anti-Obama messages last night, according to Local6.com.

Vandals spray-painted "Obama Smokes Crack" and other hate messages on 60 city vehicles parked across the street from City Hall in downtown Orlando.

Investigators said the vandals painted the messages -- which appear to be politically motivated -- after dark Saturday night.

Local 6 showed several vehicles covered in different colors with the "Obama" messages. A passing motorist initially spotted the damage and called police.

...Special business cards left near the damaged vehicles contained negative messages about Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain. However, there were positive words about Sen. Hillary Clinton, Local 6's Kimberly Houk reported.

Some of the vehicles also had opened gas tanks.

From Fox 35 in Orlando, one of the cards left at the scene. As best I can make out (also from video), it reads "McCain for War, Old/Needs New Thinking. Obama, not ready, I bet you've gotten high at least 50 times. How many times have you snorted coccaine or smoked it? Not Good. Why haven't you been given a Lie Detector test? (America wants to Know!) Obama should you be the President? I don't think so. Hows about a 40 see ya in the hood. Legalize Marijuana/Stop building prisons. Don't thank me now, thank me later......CR(???) Ps. This should be at least a Free Ride deal(????) Or maybe someone could by me some gas." On the side is "How bout them Gators" and "Remember the golden rule."

First of all, vandalizing these vehicles regardless of the political message is stupid. Secondly, leaving business cards there? That's really stupid. It's as if the perp is saying "Come get me!"

I could be wrong, but something about this just doesn't pass the smell test with me. Why attack cars belonging to the City of Orlando? Do they have Obama '08 stickers on them? Anti-Obama and anti-McCain messages on cards which also support Hillary? Is someone doing this to gin up another race-bias against Obama story for the media to suck up and regurgitate?

I'm interested in what the Orlando Police find in their investigation.

Washington ComPost Targeting FreeRepublic.com Again

In connection with a pro-Obama political theorist, the Washington ComPost is covering for Barack Hussein Obama by fingering posters at FreeRepublic.com in part for the "Obama is a Muslim" e-mails.

At Newsbusters Warner Todd Huston wrote:

The Post's Matthew Mosk penned an attack on Free Republic, based on an Obama flak who claims she has somehow discovered that Freepers are to blame, if not initially responsible, for floating the Barack-is-a-Muslim chain email that so many millions of Americans have found in their email boxes over the last four years. But, the Washington Post's article is so filled with assumptions and a singular desire not to really investigate the matter that it boggles the mind. Naturally, all the journalistic missteps serve to shield Barack Obama from any controversy and make all opposition seem nefarious or unhinged.

The Obama flak, Danielle Allen, is a political scientist with the Institute of Advanced Studies at Princeton. Huston also notes that Allen gave a $2,700 donation to the Obama camp and wrote a pro-Obama piece for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

It appears the ComPost ignored stories from January 2007 stating that Hillary's campaign team had questions about Obama's Muslim background.

In another interesting twist, Kristinn Taylor noted that the ComPost writer, Matthew Mosk, was involved in another story involving FreeRepublic.com.

"...A curious choice for The Post considering Mosk's involvement in the nefarious MD4Bush scandal in which Mosk claimed to have been given access to a Free Republic poster's account to expose a Maryland GOP government appointee who was alleged to have commented on rumors that a Maryland Democratic mayor (M.I.M. note: current Gov. Martin O'Malley) was an adulterer.

Mosk displayed the same talent for exposing Freepers' identities in today's article that he did in the MD4Bush scandal. However, the only person he exposed then was the Republican. The person (or persons) behind the MD4Bush screen name was not reported by Mosk."

Taylor also notes the following double standard by the ComPost.

"The effort by The Post to protect Obama from rumors is in stark contrast to how they promoted potentially candidacy-damaging rumors eight-years ago.

When George W. Bush ran for president in 1999, The Washington Post led the way in rumor-mongering about whether he used cocaine in his youth. Bush refused to deny cocaine use saying that denying rumors just leads to having to deny more and more rumors. No one ever came forward with allegations that they had first-hand knowledge of Bush using cocaine, but that didn't stop The Post and the mainstream media as painting Bush as a cokehead. No reporter ever asked Bill Clinton about cocaine use, even though several people known to Clinton claimed to have first-hand knowledge of Clinton using the drug while in public office.

While Mosk ignores The Post's own rumor-mongering, he leaves the impression of Free Republic as the rumor mill of the right. A fair reporter would have noted that Freepers exposed the fraudulent Texas Air National Guard documents that CBS News used in its attempt to derail President Bush's reelection bid in 2004. Buckhead, the Freeper who called foul on the documents, was tracked down
by the Los Angeles Times even though he did not post his name on Free Republic."

I concur. Keep in mind last week the ComPost wrote stories about 3 in 10 people admitted to a racial bias. Other newspapers are reporting this Washington ComPost story claiming an increase in traffic to inbred white supremacist websites (a claim debunked by Sweetness & Light). These agenda driven stories are being used to deflect attention from Obama's inexperience on the national stage as well as his links with extremists (Bill Ayers, Jodie Evans, Rev. Wright). Thus, the media has become Obama 08 campaign workers, painting those who bring up questions about these affiliations as "racists" or "rumor mongers."

And be prepared, the media assault against Obama opponents won't stop.

Bill Clinton To Obama: Kiss My Ass If You Want My Support

According to Democrat sources in the UK Telegraph, Barack Hussein Obama may have to borrow Monica Lewinsky's knee pads if he wants former President Bill Clinton's support.

No doubt purple-faced with rage, the former President has told some that Obama can kiss his posterior if he wants his support. Clinton has even told some he doesn't believe the Democrat nominee can win in November.

...It has long been known that Mr Clinton is angry at the way his own reputation was tarnished during the primary battle when several of his comments were interpreted as racist.

But his lingering fury has shocked his friends. The Democrat told the Telegraph: "He's been angry for a while. But everyone thought he would get over it. He hasn't. I've spoken to a couple of people who he's been in contact with and he is mad as hell.

"He's saying he's not going to reach out, that Obama has to come to him. One person told me that Bill said Obama would have to quote kiss my ass close quote, if he wants his support.

"You can't talk like that about Obama - he's the nominee of your party, not some house boy you can order around.

"Hillary's just getting on with it and so should Bill."

Another Democrat said that despite polls showing Mr Obama with a healthy lead over Republican John McCain, Mr Clinton doesn't think he can win.

The party strategist, who was allied to one of the early rivals to Mr Obama and the former First Lady, said Mr Clinton was "very unhopeful" about the nominee's prospects in November.

"Bill Clinton knows the party will unite behind Obama, but he is telling people he doesn't believe Obama can win round voting groups, especially working-class whites, in the swing states," the strategist said.

"He just doesn't think Obama will be able to connect with the voters he needs."

So much for all those stories about Democrat "unity." Even though the primary is over, the chips and salsa may still be on hand for moments like this.

Obama To Use Wounded At Walter Reed For Photo Op. UPDATE: Visits at 9 a.m, Says Vets Receive "Substandard Care" From Bush Admin.

UPDATE: Photo op completed at 9 a.m. this morning and, as I was sure he would, Obama used this visit to bash the Bush Administration, claiming the veterans receive "substandard care" from the Bush Administration.

Isn't it surprising that not once in his photo op did Barack Hussein Obama thank our troops for their service and their heroism? He doesn't respect their service. Instead, he uses them as pawns in his bid to win the Presidency.

I'd be interested in how many vets at Walter Reed had choice words for him, or didn't care to meet him.

Outrage of outrages, as Barack Hussein Obama is supposed to visit Walter Reed Army Medial Center in Washington DC, sometime today, according to the Politico.

Why do I call it an outrage? Because someone (close to him?) leaked it to the press. His staff is supposedly keeping the visit low key but press are coming with him. The press will not, however, go into the hospital.

So if this is low key, why is the press coming along?

Obama has been a constant opponent of victory in Iraq, ignoring the success of the surge. In 2007, he claimed our military was killing civilians in Afghanistan and more recently, claimed it was easier for our military to get Taliban weapons than from our Commander-in-Chief.

More tellingly, when Vets for Freedom stopped by to see Obama this past April, he "wasn't available" to talk with them, but was available to blast Gen. Petraeus when he appeared before some Senators. How convenient.

I'm surprised Obama isn't coming along with his Code Pinko comrades. Their co-founder, Jodie Evans, is an Obama bundler who has raised $50,000 for him. The anti-military group has held protests outside Walter Reed since March 2005, when they held signs reading, "Maimed for a Lie" and "Enlist here to die for Hailburton."

It's no secret I am not thrilled with the candidacy of John McCain. I will say this about him though. At least McCain arrives unannounced and doesn't have to tell the press he's going there or drag them along with him. That tells me a lot about his character.

Shame on you, Barack Hussein Obama, for your narcissistic use of our wounded military for a photo op and personal political gain.

Rep. William Delahunt (D-Al Queda) Glad Terrorists Can See Cheney's Chief of Staff on TV

While oil prices continue to go up, the Democrat Congress is more concerned for the safety and security of our enemy instead of taking the steps needed (allow for offshore drilling, new refineries) to lower gas prices.

A case in point is Democrat Rep. William Delahunt, who took the side of Al Queda last night against Vice President Cheney's Chief of Staff David Addington, over the issue of whether or not the poor terrorists were being mistreated.



Addington responded to Delahunt's question about waterboarding by stating "Al Qaeda may watch C-SPAN" and he could not go into whether or not it was ever used.

Delahunt then shot back, "Right, well, I'm sure they are watching, and I'm glad they finally have a chance to see you Mr. Addington."

What else is that but an invitation for al-Queda to target Addington and possibly his family?

Delahunt, caught with his hand in the cookie jar, claims he meant no ill will and furthermore suggested Rep. Steve King, who blasted him for "inciting al-Queda" has a "good sense of humor."
So just what did you mean, Mr. Delahunt and why do you think it's funny for terrorists to target Administration officials? Never mind, because any explanation from you would just be arrogant hogwash anyway.

Once again, we see how much Democrats hate members of the Bush Administration over the terrorists who attacked us on 9/11. Thanks again, Rep. Delahunt, for showing the world how the Democrat Party is nothing but a Party of Treason.

ACLU Double Standard: Seeks To Stop Noon Prayers At Naval Academy But Never Ceases To Defend "Religious Freedom" of Muslims

The AlQueda Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is on the warpath of anything Christian once again.

This time, it's noon-meal prayers at the Naval Academy, as noted in Chronicle.com.

"The American (sic) Civil Liberties Union announced today that it had asked the
U.S. Naval Academy to discontinue its longstanding requirement that all
midshipmen attend prayers at the daily noon meal.

The ACLU’s complaint comes three years after the U.S. Air Force Academy
established new guidelines on appropriate religious expression after Christian
officials on its campus were accused of proselytizing.

In a letter sent to Naval Academy officials on May 2, Deborah A. Jeon,
legal director for the ACLU of Maryland, argues that the academy’s practice
violates students’ “religious freedom and rights of conscience,” according to an
ACLU news release. A spokesman at the academy told The New York Times
that the institution “does not intend to change its practice of offering
midshipmen an opportunity for prayer or devotional thought during noon-meal
announcements.”

They shouldn't change their practice. If midshipmen want the chance to pray, meditate or not, they should be afforded that choice. Screw the ACLU!

For those who say that this organization, whose founder expressed his support for socialism, stating that "Communism was the goal" he sought, only wants "separation of church and state," consider this. Why doesn't the ACLU show the same vigor against religious displays from other religions.

Consider how the ACLU has constantly defended Islam and Muslims, or been silent when in instances where (if it was Christianity) they'd be speeding to court file a lawsuit.

Pennsylvania Judge Upholds Muslim Firefighter's Religious Liberty in ACLU Lawsuit (6/1/2005)

PHILADELPHIA -- In Pennsylvania's first court interpretation of the state's Religious Freedom Protection Act, a city judge has ruled that a devout Muslim firefighter who refuses to shave his beard on religious grounds cannot be fired while his legal case continues.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania brought the lawsuit on behalf of 25-year-old Curtis DeVeaux after he was suspended in February from his position in the Philadelphia Fire Department for refusing to shave his beard as required by city regulations.

ACLU Sues Prison Over Meal (CWA-NJ blog)

The ACLU has sued a Wyoming Penitentiary because the mealtimes interfere with prayer times for Muslims and is a violation of their constitutional rights!!:

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming that a Wyoming State Penitentiary policy restricting prisoners’ mealtimes violates the constitutional rights of two Muslim inmates.

The ACLU filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court on behalf of Joseph Miller and Hurie Purdiman Jr., two inmates serving time at the penitentiary in Rawlins.

At issue is an alleged “20-minute rule” requiring inmates to eat their meals within 20 minutes after the food is delivered to a cell or common dining area, the lawsuit said. The lawsuit seeks for the inmates to be exempted from the rule because it forces them to choose between eating and practicing their religion.

The Daily News Record in Harrisonburg, VA illustrated the ACLU hypocrisy further last July:

"...Among other examples given is the Muslim "meditation space" at George Mason University in Fairfax. In the room, students laid out Muslim prayer rugs and separated men and women in accordance with their Islamic beliefs. The GMU incident is amusing and ironic since, also in Virginia is William and Mary College, where the president removed a cross from an historic chapel, so as not to be "offensive." But if a Christian cross in a chapel is offensive, wouldn’t a Muslim meditation space be equally offensive?

So where are the ACLU and other secularists in regard to these blatant violations of the First Amendment.

Well ... they’re thinking about it.

The American Civil Liberties Union says overt religious symbols like crucifixes are not legal, but whether Muslim foot baths and prayer rugs fall into that category is not clear.

"That’s a difficult one, and it’s right on the edge," says Jeremy Gunn,
director of the ACLU program on freedom of religion and belief in Washington, D.C.

Why the double standard? Simple. Because the ACLU isn't about abolishing religion from the public square, it's just Christianity they want to abolish, based on their open hostility to all things Christian.

Look at the ACLU's record. From defending those whom I call the "terminally offended," they are 99.9 percent on the side of child molesters, child pornographers, murderers, anarchists, terrorists whose goal is to kill Americans. Anything which is evil, the ACLU is on the side of. I guess in order to achieve Roger Baldwin's dream of Communism in the US, Christianity, whose principles this nation was founded upon, needed to be attacked. Think about it, the downfall of a nation can only be achieved by attacking its foundation, while wrapping themselves in the Trojan horse of representing "civil liberties" and "Americanism."

Far from it. The ACLU has consistently shown itself to be un-American as well as un-Christian. The hypocrisy illustrated above is one more example.

Massachusetts School of Law Sponsoring Bush War Crimes Trial, Recommends Punishment by Hanging

Is this a sign of what to expect from an Obama Administration, who has stated their intention of going after "war criminals?"

At the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover (Berkeley of the East Coast) a conference is being held on September 13 & 14 to "plan the prosecution of President Bush and other high administration officials for war crimes."

"This is not intended to be a mere discussion of violations of law that have occurred," said convener Lawrence Velvel, dean and cofounder of the school. "It is, rather, intended to be a planning conference at which plans will be laid and necessary organizational structures set up, to pursue the guilty as long as necessary and, if need be, to the ends of the Earth."

"We must try to hold Bush administration leaders accountable in courts of justice," Velvel said. "And we must insist on appropriate punishments, including, if guilt is found, the hangings visited upon top German and Japanese war-criminals in the 1940s.

Note, the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover is not accredited by the ABA (American Bar Association).

Does it get any more insane or sicker than this? After discussion with agency officials and a lawyer for Mr. M——, the newspaper declined the request, noting that Mr. M——had never worked under cover and that others involved in the campaign against Al Qaeda have been named in news stories and books. The editors judged that the name was necessary for the credibility and completeness of the article.

The Times’s policy is to withhold the name of a news subject only very rarely, most often in the case of victims of sexual assault or intelligence officers operating under cover.

What was the reason behind publishing Mr. M's name, especially after the CIA requested the Slimes NOT publish it? Can you imagine how this fish paper will further hinder the War on Terror? Troop Supporters Rally In Berkeley Yesterday & Good News Announced

Supporters of the Marine Corps Recruiting Center braved a heat wave to rally in Berkeley for the Marines yesterday, who have become the targets of a hostile City Council and pro-terrorist Left wing activists since last year.

Dozens of Berkeley police officers kept the peace Saturday in front of the Marine Corps recruiting center, as those who say they support the troops traded barbs with anti-war (sic) activists again.

There were around 200 people total at Saturday's rally, with officers only having to separate the groups once. In fact, the police say they expected a larger demonstration, but the heat may have dissuaded some people. Hans Van Leiu of Stockton was not one of them; his daughter is in the Marine Corps.

"We can't just pull out. For the Iraqi people we can't do it. We shouldn't have been there to begin with, but now we're there and we need to finish it," said Van Leiu. "If we just pull everybody out, it will be a desolate, desolate spot on this Earth. We can't do it."

Also there to show support for al-Queda terrorists were the Orange jumpsuit clad World Can't Wait group, a front group of the Revolutionary Communist Party.

ACLU Commies Target Loudoun County, VA Law Enforcement's Immigration Status Check

Leave it to the Muslim terrorist, NAMBLA, Fred Phelps and his inbred flock defenders in the AlQueda Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to target the enforcement of federal immigration law by neighboring Loudoun County, Virginia, according to the Washington ComPost.

The American Civil Liberties Union today asked the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office for documents related to its plans to check the immigration status of all people arrested in the county who are suspected of being in the United States illegally.

"We believe these kinds of policies are ill-advised in all circumstances, placing the federal responsibility to implement immigration laws in local hands and leading to hostile relations between local governments and their Latino communities," said Kent Willis, executive director of ACLU's chapter in Virginia.

Excuse me, Kent Willis, but who the Hell appointed you to oversee how Loudoun County or any other city or county deals with those who break immigration law? So what if it's a federal responsibility. Bank robbery is a federal offense, so should local law enforcement agencies not apprehend bank robbers? According to your asinine interpretation of the law, that's what it sounds like.

This issue has nothing to do with race, except for the open borders lobby who like to use the race card to label their opponents, because they cannot intellectually win the argument. Not only that, most people are opposed to favorable treatment and amnesty of illegals. It's an issue that transcends party lines.

Once again, when the Left cannot change results at the ballot box or by legislative bodies, they use un-American groups like the ACLU to subvert the will of the people in the courts.

WE'RE RELUCTANT to return to the subject of former CIA employee Valerie Plame because of our oft-stated belief that far too much attention and debate in Washington has been devoted to her story and that of her husband, former ambassador Joseph C. Wilson IV, over the past three years. But all those who have opined on this affair ought to take note of the not-so-surprising disclosure that the primary source of the newspaper column in which Ms. Plame's cover as an agent was purportedly blown in 2003 was former deputy secretary of state Richard L. Armitage.

Mr. Armitage was one of the Bush administration officials who supported the invasion of Iraq only reluctantly. He was a political rival of the White House and Pentagon officials who championed the war and whom Mr. Wilson accused of twisting intelligence about Iraq and then plotting to destroy him. Unaware that Ms. Plame's identity was classified information, Mr. Armitage reportedly passed it along to columnist Robert D. Novak "in an offhand manner, virtually as gossip," according to a story this week by the Post's R. Jeffrey Smith, who quoted a former colleague of Mr. Armitage.

It follows that one of the most sensational charges leveled against the Bush White House -- that it orchestrated the leak of Ms. Plame's identity to ruin her career and thus punish Mr. Wilson -- is untrue. The partisan clamor that followed the raising of that allegation by Mr. Wilson in the summer of 2003 led to the appointment of a special prosecutor, a costly and prolonged investigation, and the indictment of Vice President Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, on charges of perjury. All of that might have been avoided had Mr. Armitage's identity been known three years ago.

So while Americans pay more for higher gas, and prices for goods go up as a result, the Democrat Party is more interested in wasting taxpayer money for partisan fishing expeditions based on lies than in helping America become energy independent, and lowering gas prices in the process.

Melanie Morgan has posted a link to a video that shows the true nature of the liberal Left in this nation. If you want to see it, click here, but be forewarned, what you will see will not just make you sick, your blood will boil.

The video shows a blogger by the name of Michael Crook in a cemetery containing the graves of military members, whom he calls "so-called heroes." Crook brags about standing on the grave of one of them. According to Mel, Crook spits on one of the graves of a dead shoulder. I personally didn't make it that far, because after barely a minute of watching this little piece of shit desecrate the graves of service members I almost put my fist through the monitor.

After doing some searching on the web, it appears Michael Crook is like many of the phony soldiers who appear in IVAW or other anti-military organizations, he has a chip on his shoulder against the military. Why? A blog called Something...and Half of Something states that Crook tried to get into the army and as far back as 1999 wrote essays which contradict the vicious troop hater he is today.

According to the blog mentioned above:

"...the army didn't want him (Crook). Yep, he washed out of boot camp on a medical discharge. Either that, or he had a little legal problem that disqualified him from service. Depends on which of his stories you decide to believe.

So, now the pathetic little putz has a grudge against the military, do you suppose he was feeling a little inadequate?

Appears so, and, it appears that Mike's demented way of dealing with his inadequacies is his pathetic and disgusting attack on our brave soldiers who are out there defending America, doing what he is unable to do.

...In 1999 under the name Silent Mike, Michael Crook wrote two essays about the United States Military and posted them on his website. There were discrepancies in the two stories, contradictions about why the army ultimately rejected his commission, in one essay Mike claims medical problems and in the other... some sort of legal problem. The truth about his discharge may never be known.

I originally quoted directly from Michael Crook's essays that were hosted directly on Michael Crook's website, but in October of 2006, my host received a demand from Michael Crook to remove the quotes as they violated his copyright. Michael Crook specifically addressed the quotes that I attributed to him in my
post.

Michael Crook did not say what I posted here were not his words. He specifically admitted that they were his words posted on his website and he demanded that they be removed from my website.

Michael Crook obviously does not want the world to know that what he wrote in 1999 as it completely contradicts the things he says today and he is scouring the web to remove any and all references to those essays.

...In those essays, Michael Crook talked about how countless men and women have served given valuable service in all branches of the U.S. Military. He talked about what a privilege he thought it was to salute the flag and he talked about feeling pride and respect when he saluted a military officer. Michael Crook wrote about how he felt sad because he didn't get to finish his training and that he felt jealous of those who did. In those essays, Michael Crook claimed that he stopped those who were serving when he saw them to remind them of what a privilege it is to serve this country. In his essays, he urged the reader to look beyond the day off from work that we get on Veterans Day and Memorial Day and to remember those who have served.

So because Crook has a resentment that his ambition didn't get fulfilled, he takes it out on graves of deceased soldiers. Does this selfish little bastard ever stop to think about anyone else but himself? The person under that grave is someone's son, husband, father, grandfather or whoever. The person in that grave means or meant something special to someone else.

This desecration of military graves is part of a bigger problem, the lack of respect shown to the military by people either with axes to grind or political agendas. Despite the liberals claims that they "support the troops but not the mission," deep down to the core, that is a lie because it is oxymoronic. The Left hates the military and has for the last 40 years. It's just that throwing blood, feces or spitting at servicemen and calling them "baby killers" in Vietnam wasn't good PR, so they had to wrap their hate in faux support of the military. You see it in the propaganda of people like Code Pinko. If you support the military, why protest outside a hospital where these men and women are being treated?

It doesn't help when you have Democrat politicians uttering the worst slander towards those who've volunteered to serve this nation, calling them "cold blooded killers," "Nazis, Soviets in the Gulags or some mad regime, like Pol Pot." They've been accused of being "high tech bullies," "killing civilians" in Afghanistan, "ethnically cleansing" Iraq. Murtha, Durbin, Biden, Obama and Moran, as well as Kennedy, Stark and several others have waged slurs against our military reminiscent of some 1960's hippie scum waiting for military members to deboard an airplane. What happens when some deranged left-wing loon hears that garbage and similar extreme rhetoric at a Code Pinko, World Can't Wait or International ANSWER rally. They take their anger out on war memorials, graves or attack recruiting centers. Some scum, like what happened during a Cindy Sheehan appearance at Fresno State in 2006, taunt the families of fallen soldiers.

And they claim they "support the troops?" No they don't!

UPDATE: Remember Joshua Sparling, the injured soldier at Walter Reed Army Medical Center who received a card which read "I hope you die"? Michael Crook was the sender. Michelle Malkin noted that Crook bragged about it on his website, saying:

"For those that have e-mailed or IM’d me regarding the card sent to Joshua Sparling, yes I did it. I do not regret a minute of it."

Dr. Evil Reid & Mini Me Pelosi To Working Americans Paying Higher Prices For Fuel: Drop Dead

President Bush today called for Congress to lift the 27 year ban on offshore drilling, as Americans are paying more than $4 for a gallon for gas.

"Congress must face a hard reality. Unless members are willing to accept gas prices at today's painful prices or even higher, our nation must produce more oil, and we must start now," Bush said today according to CNN.com.

The President's plan involves four items: drilling in the outer continental shell, Increasing access to oil shale, permitting oil exploration in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and increasing domestic refining capacity.

"With these four steps we will take pressure off gas prices over time by expanding the amount of American made oil and gasoline," Bush said.

Common sense right? We produce more oil and increase the number of refineries, the price will go down and we won't be dependent on hostile areas for oil, right?

Wrong! Especially if you're Dr. Evil Harry Reid or his little Mini Me, "Do Nothing" Nancy Pelosi. Their response to the President's speech showed they could care less that you and I are paying over $4 (I'm paying $4.07 here in the Reston/Herndon VA area).


Dr. Evil said:

"This week's flip-flop on offshore oil drilling by President Bush and Senator John McCain is nothing more than a cynical campaign ploy that will do nothing to lower energy prices, and represents another big giveaway to oil companies already making billions in profits."

Echoing Reid was his Mini Me Pelosi, who said that the President's plan would increase America's "addiction to fossil fuels and dependence on an oil industry earning record profits."

"The fact is that America uses a quarter of the world's oil consumption every day - but only 1.6% of the world's supply - so there's simply no way to drill a solution," Pelosi said.

No solutions from Reid, Pelosi or Democrats except blame oil companies and conservation. Well excuse me, but we can't conserve our way into energy independence, Ms. Pelosi. What would those two dim bulbs know anyway? Neither of them have run a business, though their both wealthy. In Reid's case, he made his money in a questionable way off land he never owned, and he wants to lecture us about "record profits."

Typical Democrat demagoguery. This party hates George W. Bush and Republicans so much they care more about the security of al-Queda terrorists at Club Gitmo than the American citizens they swore an oath to serve and protect. They want us to pay more for oil so they can oppose the President while making their tree-hugging constituency happy. Keep in mind these tree-huggers want us to pay much more for oil, so they can take away our freedom to go where we want and what type of car we want to drive.

Democrats like Reid and Pelosi have shown once again how they've become our nation's biggest hindrance to freedom and security domestically. The only way to stop them, is to vote their asses out in November.

Director Of Fairfax County Islamic School Arrested

A Fairfax County Islamic school funded by the Saudi government which has been found to have textbooks promoting extremism and violence has more problems, as their director was arrested for failure to report a child abuse case.

According to the Washington Compost:

ALEXANDRIA -- The director of a Saudi government-funded Islamic school has been arrested and charged with failing to report a child abuse allegation, adding to scrutiny of the northern Virginia academy as protesters came out Tuesday to call for a federal investigation of its teachings.

Abdalla I. Al-Shabnan, director of the Islamic Saudi Academy, was also charged with obstruction of justice, according to a police report about the June 9 arrest. The misdemeanor counts come at a time when the private school is under heavy criticism from a federal commission and others over textbooks that allegedly teach violence and hate.

...Al-Shabnan's arrest came after police alleged he covered up an incident in which a 5-year-old girl attending the school reported that she was being sexually abused by her father.

According to court papers, Al-Shabnan, 52, of McLean, told police that he didn't believe the girl, and advised the girl's parents to put her into counseling.

But state law requires school authorities to report alleged child abuse within 72 hours of learning of the allegation. Al-Shabnan is free pending trial.

Police said in court papers that Al-Shabnan ordered a written report about the girl's complaint, which had been prepared by other school officials, to be deleted from a school computer.

An NBC Channel 4 in Washington DC report on June 3 originally broke the story.

Today, a demonstration was held outside the Alexandria campus by the Traditional Values Coalition, ACT! For America and the Virginia Chapter of the United America Committee and other national and Virginia groups to bring more attention to this school.

The school's lease was renewed unanimously by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors recently for one year. Chairman (and Dhimmicrat Candidate for the 11th Congressional seat) Gerry Connolly called opponents of extending the lease bigots and was rude toward them at a May 19th town meeting. A phone call to his office last Friday indicated no willingness to apologize to those Connolly smeared.

Could Connolly's attitude, as Cal Thomas asks, be related to a $2.2 million check he received from the Saudi Embassy to extend the lease?

"A military judge has dismissed charges against a Marine officer accused of failing to investigate the killings of 24 Iraqis.

Col. Steven Folsom dismissed charges Tuesday against Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani after defense attorneys raised concerns that a four-star general overseeing the prosecution was improperly influenced by an investigator probing the November 2005 shootings by a Marine squad in Haditha.

The charges were dismissed without prejudice, meaning they can be refiled, but Folsom excluded Marine Forces Central Command from future involvement."

Bush Approval Rating More Than Two Times Higher Than Worst Congress In History

The graphic below is from Gateway Pundit, who has poll numbers showing the "Do Nothing" Congress of Pelosi and Reid has a 13 percent approval rating.

A New NBC/Wall Street Journal poll released today found that 79% of Americans believe the Pelosi-Reid Congress in failing and only 13% believe they are doing a good job.

This is the lowest approval for Congress in this poll dating back to 1997.

The disapproval for Congress is higher on the Harris Poll, at 83%.

According to Rassmussen Reports, President Bush's approval ratings are over twice as high as the Pelosi/Reid Congress at 31%.

Despite "Kill the Infidel" Textbooks, State Department Won't Close Saudi Academy

One day after a report confirmed violent extremist material in textbooks at a Fairfax County, Virginia Islamic Saudi Academy, the State Department says they have no plans to close the Muslim academy.

State Department officials said Thursday they have no plans to close a Saudi-financed Islamic school in Northern Virginia that has failed to eliminate violent and intolerant language in textbooks.

"They told us they would revise the textbooks by the 2008 school year," State Department spokesman Rob McInturff said. "We don't plan to take additional action apart from the discussions that have been going on with the Saudi government."

Results released Wednesday from a federal investigation into the Islamic Saudi Academy - with campuses in Alexandria and Fairfax - found textbooks at the 900-student private school had passages that blame the Jews for "discord" and say it is sometimes permissible to kill non-Muslims.

...The panel, formed by Congress, last year recommended the State Department close the school, though members had not yet reviewed the textbooks. The commission said the Foreign Missions Act gives the Secretary of State authority to "require a foreign mission to divest itself of or forgo the use of property and to order it to close."

...The passages found in the review, according to the panel, include:

c A passage in a 12th-grade Koranic interpretation textbook that states it is permissible for a Muslim to kill those who have left the faith, an adulterer or someone who has murdered a Muslim intentionally: "He (praised is He) prohibits killing the soul that God has forbidden (to kill) unless for just cause ...."

The commission said the text defines "just cause" as "unbelief after belief, adultery and killing an inviolable believer intentionally."

And closer to home, it appears from a phone call I made to Gerry Connolly's office, he has no plans to apologize to people concerned about this extremist material whom he called "slanderous bigots" at a May 19th public hearing. Connolly, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the Democrat candidate for the 11th District Congressional seat, is more concerned about "tolerance" and "diversity." But that's Gerry Connolly, who also attacks opponents of illegal immigration.

Judging from the response from Connolly's assistant this morning, I'm sure the Fairfax County Board will be willing to renew the lease to Al Queda High when it comes up again.

In a statement being released today, Nancy Reagan said that her husband:

I know the Iraqi and Afghani people will feel the warmth and goodness of the American people when they get to try these treats."

Nancy Reagan believes that President Reagan would have loved this program.

Democrats On Side of Al Queda Terrorists, Cheer Court Ruling

The Politico provides more proof that the Democrat party is the Party of Treason.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) praised the Court for “uphold[ing] the constitution of the United States” and reiterated her desire to see Gitmo shut down.

Other Democrats quickly followed suit after the court ruled 5-4 that the U.S. military lacks the legal authority to prosecute as many as 300 prisoners. The detainees sued the government to contest their imprisonment and the current rules used to try them in military tribunals.

“Today’s Supreme Court decision in Boumediene v. Bush is a stinging rebuke of the Bush administration’s flawed detention policies," said Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick "Leaker" Leahy (D-Vt.), "and a vindication for those who have also argued from the beginning that it was unwise as well as unconstitutional.”

The issue has often spilled over from the courts into the legislative branch. In 2006, Congress passed a law limiting the court jurisdiction to hear similar types of challenges.

“Time after time," says Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.), "the Supreme Court has rebuffed the administration’s attempts to undermine the Constitution."

"It is a testament to our system of government that the Court has rejected the habeas-stripping provisions of the Military Commissions Act and reaffirmed that the government does not have the power to detain people indefinitely and arbitrarily without judicial review.”

Dick Turbin, who called Guantanamo guards "Nazis, Soviets in the Gulags, or some mad regime Pol Pot" reaffirmed his support for detained al-Queda terrorists.

“The Supreme Court today has reminded this Administration and its Congressional supporters that the fundamental precepts of liberty must be respected even as we work to protect our nation. Giving the detainees at Guantanamo the right to challenge their detention in court is basic to any system of justice. Today's Supreme Court decision again rejects policies of this Administration that are inconsistent with our Constitution.”

Flashback to September 11, 2001 and the pledge of bipartisanship and unity, which turned out to be another Democrat photo op and broken promise.

"Troubling Passages" Found In Fairfax, VA Islamic School, Democrat House Candidate Called School Critics "Bigots" & Voted For Lease Extension

A Saudi funded Islamic School whose lease was extended by unanimous vote by Fairfax County Commissioners has textbooks with "troubling passages" found in them, according to AP linked by LGF.

McLEAN, Va. (AP) — Textbooks at a private Islamic school in northern Virginia teach students that it is permissible for Muslims to kill adulterers and converts from Islam, according to a federal investigation released Wednesday.

Other passages in the school’s textbooks state that “the Jews conspired against Islam and its people” and that Muslims are permitted to take the lives and property of those deemed “polytheists.”

The passages were found in selected textbooks used during the 2007-08 school year by the Islamic Saudi Academy, which teaches 900 students in grades K-12 at two campuses in Alexandria and Fairfax and receives much of its funding from the Saudi government.

Keep in mind too, that the 1999 valedictorian of this school, Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, was charged in a plot to assassinate President Bush. But that did not concern the Dhimmis who make up the Fairfax County Board of Stupidvisors, who voted for the unanimous reapproval of the school's lease. One of the board members is Gerry Connolly, who is also the Democrat candidate for Representative of Virginia's 11th District. Watch a May 19th public hearing on the school, where Connolly was arrogant toward critics of the school even calling this a "slanderous assertion" about concerns about textbooks raised by a Mr. Lafferty. Connolly even went as far as saying those concerned about the school were "slanderers" who were "preaching the very hatred you say you want to stop."

What do you say now, Mister Connolly? Are you going to apologize to those patriots whom you slandered as bigots on May 19th?

The 11th District needs to make sure they vote against Connolly in November. This nation does not need another treasonous Democrat in the House who is willing side with terrorists like Democrats have done after today's court decision.

Five Liberal Supreme Court Justices Side With Al Queda

Somewhere, in a cave, Osama bin Laden is smiling at the victory the liberals on the US Supreme Court handed him.

The five liberals, Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, David Souter and John Paul Stevens, sided with the arguments for the terrorists detained in Guantanamo Bay and against America.

And how's the liberal, pro-Obama MSM describing this travesty? As a rebuke or a defeat for the Bush Administration.

What about a defeat for America? What about a defeat for the safety and security of our families? No, for the liberals, it's all about defeating George W. Bush and if they have to destroy the country to do it, well, their attitude is that in order to make an omelet, they've got to break a few eggs.

Make no mistake. Like what happened recently in California, this is a result of judicial activism. What ever happened to the concept of "checks and balances?" Who holds these five tyrants in black robes accountable? No one. And yet these are the kind of judges whom liberals and Democrats fight to have confirmed.

And it's also the ACLU, or as I call them, the AlQueda Civil Liberties Union who's behind all this. You can take it to the bank, that 99 percent of the time the ACLU will be there to defend everything evil in this nation. They're on the spot to defend the terrorist, the anti-American anarchist, the child molester, the NAMBLA member. The former President of the Virginia ACLU was caught with child pornography. Hell, I'd be willing to bet the ACLU knows where bin Laden is located, because they probably have conference calls with him to plot their legal strategy.

Be forewarned, if anyone thinks their vote in November doesn't matter, it does, because these are the same kind of justices that Barack Hussein Obama will appoint. After all, Obama stated in his book "Audacity of Hope" that "I will stand with them (Muslims) should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

So, God forbid al Queda attacks this nation, you can thank the Democrat Party, the ACLU and the liberals on the US Supreme Court. Blood will be on their hands!

Democrat Congressman Assaults Blogger

Remember Congressman Paul Kanjorski? He was the Democrat who told an audience recently that the Democrats stretched the truth about ending the war in Iraq in order to win back Congress.

Gateway Pundit, JammieWearingFool and Conservative Punk have linked to a YouTube photoblogger named truthaboutkanjo asked Kanjorski about his statement and the Congressman became arrogant, then at around 1:45, a physical confrontation occurred.



I wonder if Congressman Kanjorski has been taking bully lessons from Northern Virginia's Jim "I like to hit people" Moron.

So much for the "most ethical Congress" that "Do Nothing" Nancy Pelosi promised. They lie to their constituents in order to win back Congress and assault people without fear of reprisal.

Democrats Want High Gas Prices, Block Offshore Oil Drilling

The Democrat Party proved once again today they are the party of high gas prices. As Michelle Malkin notes, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior and the Environment blocked a proposal by Republican John Peterson to lift domestic offshore drilling regulations by a party line vote.

(Dis)honorable mention is saved for the "Representative" of Virginia's 8th District, Jim "I like to hit people" Moran (aka, Jim Moron), a noted anti-Semite, troop basher, and general all around violent bully (ask his ex-wife as well as an 8 year-old black youth from Alexandria, VA).

Some say there's no difference between the two parties. To disprove that, look at what Congressman Roy Blunt (from Power Line) put together, contrasting the Democrat "Do Nothing" plan and the Republican plan.

Besides being the party that owns defeat in Iraq and the War on Terror, the Democrats now own high energy prices and less freedom for you and I.

Republicans (Finally) Emerge From Hiding & Vow To Get Tough On Gas Prices; Democrats Want To Take Us Back to 1979

Republicans finally emerged from hiding and challenged "Do Nothing" Nancy Pelosi for the high gas prices, which have increased 75% under her watch.

GOP House Leader John Boehner's statement is at Michelle Malkin's site. It reads in part:

Well it's about time the Republicans woke up! This is a winning issue for Republicans and they need to be out there every day, banging this like a drum, because it's happening everywhere. Today, gas prices hit $4.02 where my family and I live in Fairfax County, VA, near Dulles International Airport. It was $2.59 when we arrived in the middle of October, last year. I can only imagine what our former neighbors in Marin County, CA are paying. Even a Gallup Poll shows 57% of Americans want more drilling and less people buy this nonsense about price gouging, which Democrats scream like the boy who cried "wolf!"

The Democrats plan? While you and I pay higher prices for energy, House Democrats are going to question Scott McClellan, the newly bought and paid for puppet of George Soro$, about Vice President Dick Cheney and Dennis Kookcinich is crying impeachment again.

The Senate is no better. They want to take America back to 1979.

The Senate Democrats 1979 solutions for lowering gas prices in 2008? Suing OPEC, windfall profits taxes and screaming "price gouging" again. Thankfully, it was stopped, for now.

The GOP needs to hold daily press conferences on this and bring bills up for vote every day. How about an ad showing "Do Nothing" Nancy on Larry King, not sure what the price of gas is? While they're at it, every time the Democrats want to revisit this phony CIA leak case or their latest "Get Bush Now" strategy, Boehner and the GOP should march out to the microphones every single day to tell the American people that while they're paying higher prices at the pump, Democrats are more interested in partisan revenge towards the President over Iraq War intelligence and Joe Wilson's lies than they are solving the high price of energy.

Obama Bundler & Code Pinko Co-Founder Jodie Evans Said Bin Laden Had A Valid Argument For 9/11, Lies About Supporting Obama, Proof Below She Does

One more example of how Barack Hussein Obama attracts far-Left, anti-American loonies is Code Pinko's co-founder Jodie Evans, who is also a $50,000 bundler for the Obama campaign.

Our friend Kristinn Taylor at FreeRepublic.com found a radio interview done by Paul A. Ibbettson on June 3 in which she says the following.

"Jodie Evans:..."We were attacked because we were in Saudi Arabia, that was the message of Osama, was that because we had our bases in the Middle East, he attacked the United States."

Paul A. Ibbetson: "Do you think that's a valid argument?"

Evans: "Sure. Why do we have bases in the Middle East? We totally violated the rights of that country. Why do we get to have bases in the Middle East?"

When Ibbetson pressed her on her agreement with bin Laden, Evans flip-flopped, saying she didn't justify 9/11 and is opposed to violence. She did call Hugo Chavez, "a very nice, jovial sweetheart of a guy...I love Hugo Chavez."

Kristinn also writes on FreeRepublic that:

"Evans also bragged that Code Pink's goal is to "undermine the war effort."

As part of that effort, Evans said Code Pink was trying stop recruiting for the Armed Forces because "you can't go to war if you don't have any soldiers." Evans denies being anti-military, saying she come from a military family.

With regard to Saddam Hussein, Evans said she would prefer that the late Iraqi tyrant was able to still rule Iraq, as does "every Iraqi I know."

Evans stated there were no terrorists in Iraq under Saddam Hussein going back twenty years before the 2003 war that swept him out of power.

Evans argued that America's liberation of Iraq was worse than Saddam's reign, stating (incorrectly) that 1.5 million Iraqis have been killed by America and 2.5 million wounded since 2003.

With regard to Obama, Evans denied supporting his candidacy, stating that "I really want to end the war, I just stay an antiwar activist and don't get involved in politics."

Upon further probing, Evans owned up to donating to several antiwar presidential candidates including Democrats Obama, John Edwards, Dennis Kucinich and Republican Ron Paul. She did not own up to being a big money bundler and host for Obama. Nor did she speak about her decades of leadership in California Democratic politics.

Evans also bragged about the Code Pink protests outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center. She falsely claimed that the purpose of the protest was to bring funding to Walter Reed and to help the soldiers get better treatment.

Evans claimed it was Code Pink that "got The Washington Post to write" its Pulitzer Prize winning hit piece on Walter Reed.

She also claims that Code Pink's two-year protest at Walter Reed "finally got the money for the hospital that no body could get."

Evans denied Code Pink is a communist group, though she did wonder what was wrong with being a communist.

Question: Will Obama return Evans' donations and distance himself from this anti-military group of saboteurs? Will the FBI decide (if its not already) to investigate this group for violations of the Espionage Act?
