...if he plans to follow through on his plan to tell the California Supreme Court to void the votes of 52% percent of the State of California over Proposition 8.
According to this story in the Sacramento Bee, Brown planned to follow the law, even though he voted against it. Now, he's changed his mind, probably because he heard the sound of the boots of the Gay Gestapo, goosesteeping towards his office in protest.
As the Attorney General of the State of California, Brown is obligated to follow the law, regardless if it is politically correct or not. Instead, like most liberals, Brown panders to every liberal special interest group and cause, such as his lawsuits in regards to glo-bull warming.
How many times to we hear liberals go after conservative justices or appointees, citing concerns the conservative will put their own personal beliefs above the law or voters' intents?
That's what Jerry Brown is doing and if he is successful in disenfranchising the will of California voters, he should be impeached by a recall.
