Harry Reid & Alec Baldwin

There's a lot that the Left does, both nationally and locally, that will lead me to comment and point out for readers here. But there's a two things that infuriate me to no end--people who stab our troops in the back and people who assault children, either with words or force.

"Dirty" Harry Reid of Nevada says the War in Iraq is lost. He does not base that on any military assertion or correspondence from the generals or the troops on the ground there. He just comes out and states the war is lost.

Why? Politics pure and simple. Reid says, "We're going to pick up Senate seats as a result of this war."

I never imagined, nearly six years after 9/11, one political party would use the blood of our fallen soldiers for their own partisan political gain. Especially after they looked the nation in the eye that day and promised unity in the defense of our homeland from the Islamofascist enemy. I am even more disappointed that Senate Republicans are not pounding the podium in outrage and demanding censure for Reid or his removal from the Senate.

I've long stated that the Democrat party is no longer a Party of Reason with leaders like FDR, JFK or Harry Truman. Those three Democrats were patriots who led America from the dark days after Pearl Harbor to Victory over the Axis Powers, vowing that America would "pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty." Today, the Democrat party has become a Party of Treason led by Reid and Nancy "Queen of Mean" Bella-Pelosi who are defined by two words--cut and run.

I've heard some state today that Harry Reid should resign. Unfortunately, it wouldn't happen, but I believe President Bush should make an example of Reid and have him arrested as a domestic enemy of the United States. Abraham Lincoln set this precedent with Ohio Democrat Clement Vallandigham, who was tried by military tribunal for "uttering disloyal sentiments" as well as "attempting to hinder the prosecution of the war." Harry Reid is essentially doing the same thing, emboldening the enemy to kill more Americans and jeopardizing our national security so his Party of Treason can win more Senate seats.

If Bush and the Republicans cannot remove Reid, then it is up to the citizens of Nevada to vote this treasonous crooked jerk out of office next year.

If Harry Reid's stabbing our troops in the back wasn't enough, we all had the misfortune of hearing liberal actor Alec Baldwin's psychotic rant to his 11 year old daughter, Ireland. "You are a rude, thoughtless little pig"and "You don't have the brains or the decency as a human being," the big compassionate lib Baldwin told his daughter, ending by telling her "I'm gonna straighten your ass out when I see you, do you understand me?"

And he had the nerve last year to call Dick Cheney a terrorist? Well who's doing the terrorising here, Alec?

As a father, there is no way in hell I would ever talk to my child the way this insane idiot did. Abusive words can be as brutal as physical abuse. Many of us have seen children carry the damage from such words from parents into adulthood. Some of these children may grow up fearful of authority, use alcohol, drugs, etc; get in destructive relationships (romantic and platonic) and suffer from depression or other neuroses. All because one or both parents called their children words like "pig" and implied they had "no brains" or "no decency."

Only cowards pick on and abuse young children and women. Alec Baldwin is not a man, nor a human being. He is a lowlife coward who wouldn't dare pick on someone his own size, because that's when he'd get a much deserved can of whoop-ass opened on his pathetic hyde.
