Turning the King Funeral into The Wellstone Memorial, Part Deux

What should have been a respectful memorial to Coretta Scott King has been corrupted by the money changers in the Temple.

There was the supposed Rev. Joseph Lowry, who had to jump on the "no WMDs in Iraq" mantra, then bemoan how there's money for the war, but not for the poor.

He was followed by Jimmy Carter, a supposed Born Again Christian. (I guess Liberation Theology is the doctrine Carter believes, since he's a close friend of dictators & tyrants.) Carter showed how much of a low class jerk he has been since getting a well-deserved pink slip from the American voter in 1980. He used Mrs. King's funeral to attack the NSA terrorist surveillance program and the aftermath Hurricane Katrina. But then again, he's used every opportunity to bash his predecessors just to rehabilitate his failed Presidency. (A radical & nuclear Iran, the birth of Isalmofacism, plus brokering the deal which led to Nuclear North Korea, nice legacy Peanut Boy!)

All this was done while President Bush, the First Lady and ex-President Bush #41 were in the audience.

For all the handwringing over the NSA program, I find it funny that neither Carter, Teddy Kennedy or Bill Clinton (complete with him biting his lip) apologized to the King family for the wiretapping of Dr. King by Democrats: John F. Kennedy & Robert F. Kennedy.

I had a feeling Mrs. King's funeral was going to be politicized. These people have no shame.

I wrote the same thing on my blog. It's nice to know that there are still those of us out there who recognize the ploy.

Also, I find it frustrating that Democrats have managed to fool minorities that the Democrats are their party, when nothing could be farther from the truth. Denegrating the memory of a civil rights leader in order to take pot-shots at the current administration should be enough to see the truth.

...Furthermore, I find it deplorable that President Carter chose to allude that wiretaps of Dr. King were somehow related to wiretaps of Al Qaeda.
